Common questions
An agent definition is a configuration that tells Strata how to invoke your AI agent — including the API endpoint, input mapping from intake form fields, and output handling. Each uniquely configured agent counts as one definition. On Growth and Scale, you can create as many as you need.
Starter includes the Strata-hosted portal on a Strata subdomain. Custom domains and full white-labeling (your logo, your colors, your domain) are available on Growth and above.
Strata uses Stripe under the hood. On Starter, Strata processes payments on your behalf and remits the balance. On Growth and Scale, Stripe Connect links directly to your own Stripe account — so payouts go straight to you, and you have full visibility into every transaction.
The AI Marketplace is available on Scale. It lets you list your agent-powered services publicly so agencies can discover and subscribe to them. On Starter and Growth, your services are private — accessible only to clients you invite via your portal.
Yes. Strata is agent-agnostic. If it has an HTTP endpoint or can be triggered via webhook, you can connect it. Claude, GPT-4, open-source models, custom inference endpoints — all supported. We also have native integrations for common agent frameworks.
We'll notify you when you're close to the limit. Orders already in progress continue uninterrupted. You can upgrade to Growth at any point — limits apply to new order creation, not to active work in flight.
